Costs for final cleaning will be charged seperately:

Apt. 1 - 4 at € 60,00 each / Apt. 5 and 6 at € 55,00 each.

Visitor's tax will also be charged seperately and applies as follows:

per person (16 years and above) and days of stay:

1.5.-30.9.  :  € 1,00

1.10.-30.4.  : € 0,50

Payment:

10% of the amount have to be paid 7 days after receipt of the bill.

The remaining costs will have to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

The cost of stay can be paid via bank transfer.

Cancellation / Change of lengths of stay:

Kindly note that in case of cancellation or change of lengths of stay the following cancellation fees will apply:

• up to 31 days prior to arrival                   10%
  
• 30 to 21 days prior to arrival                    30%
  
• 20 to 11 days prior to arrival                    60%
  
• 10 days prior up to day of arrival            80%
  
• no show without prior cancellation        100%
